2. When reverse deburring, the cutting edge of the deburring tool must be confirmed to pass through the hole completely, and the tool should be opened. At the same time, the tool should not be lifted too quickly (according to the recommended feed rate or the adjusted feed rate, cannot be lifted up instantly like a drill bit, give the tool time to close), otherwise it is easy to break.
3. The recommended speed is around 800-1000 rpm and the feed rate is 200-250mm/min. If you feel that the chamfer is small, you can reduce the feed appropriately. If you feel that the chamfer is too large, you can increase the feed appropriately.
